In order to establish a wholesale account we need a copy of your current Business License and a completed Wholesale Application.

	Product minimum of 3.
	All orders must be pre-paid through Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Check or Money Order.
	Orders paying by check or money order will not be processed until check/money order clears the bank
	Orders are accepted online, through email, or over the phone
	Custom orders gladly welcomed
